This line encompasses continuous baking ovens such as
for instance “spiral belt ovens”, which can
be incorporated into a production line for foodstuffs
such as biscuits, “vol au vent”, and similar
products. These ovens can be made to measure to accommodate
for any output rate up to 600 Kg/h. and any operating
temperature up to 240°C.
Continuous cycle automatic tray ovens are also available.
Products are placed on trays that are suitable for baking
bread and by-products of bread. These ovens are particularly
suitable for incorporation into full production lines,
where products undergo proofing, baking and freezing processes
without ever being manipulated or moved from their initial
position.
